Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pango Coach: the hub website (app.pango-coach.app), the Pango Discord bot, the Icarus strat board, the VOD review tool, and the Valorant Custom Match Tracker (together, "the Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Pango Coach is a coaching toolkit for competitive Valorant teams: AI match analysis, strategy boards, VOD review with timestamped notes, and a desktop match tracker. The Services are provided by Gjorgji ("we", "us").

2. Accounts and teams

• You sign in with your Discord account and are responsible for activity under it.
• Team owners control their team: its strat board login, its link token, and its members (including removing them). Don't share team tokens or strat-board passwords outside your roster.
• We may suspend accounts or teams that abuse the Services (see Section 5).

3. Subscription and trial

• The bundle is free for 2 weeks after sign up, then $15/month per team, arranged directly with us. Cancel anytime; access ends at the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. We will not change the price of a period you've already paid for.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you create: strats, notes, VOD lists, uploaded match data. You give us permission to store and process it solely to run the Services.
• Only add YouTube videos you have the right to review. VOD playback happens through YouTube's own player and is subject to YouTube's terms.
• We can remove content that is illegal or breaks these terms.

5. Fair use

Don't:

• try to access other teams' data or probe the Services for vulnerabilities,
• spam the bot or the API, scrape the Services, or resell access without our agreement,
• upload malware or content that is illegal or infringes others' rights,
• use the Services to violate Discord's or Riot Games' terms.

6. Third parties

The Services depend on Discord, Riot Games (your local client, for the tracker), YouTube, Cloudflare, OpenAI, and xAI. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Pango Coach is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games or Discord. Valorant is a trademark of Riot Games, Inc.

7. The tracker app

The desktop tracker is provided as-is and is currently not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen will warn you on first run. It connects only to the Riot client on your own machine. Use it only for custom games and scrims.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output (match analysis, coaching answers, transcriptions) can be wrong — use your own judgment; we're not responsible for rounds you lose. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we try hard.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Services and request deletion at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with a refund of any unused full months if the breach wasn't yours.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
